AI coding tools are genuinely good at getting something working quickly. They are much weaker at the things that decide whether software survives contact with real users: authentication that holds, data that cannot leak between customers, error handling, backups, and a structure the next developer can follow.

We take prototypes built this way and make them production-grade. That usually means a security review first — exposed keys, missing authorisation checks and injectable queries are the common findings — then fixing the data model, adding tests around the parts that matter, and setting up deployment and backups.

We will tell you honestly whether the prototype is worth building on or whether the quickest path is to rewrite it with the prototype as the specification. Both answers happen, and the decision should be made on the code rather than on sunk cost.
