The Livezen name, the Livezen logo and our product names are how people recognise our work. This policy explains who may use them and how. It applies to partners, resellers, customers, the press and anyone else referring to Livezen Technologies.
1. Our brand assets
Our brand assets are the word mark "Livezen" and "Livezen Technologies", the Livezen logo (the laptop-and-cursor mark with the wordmark), the standalone mark on its own, and our product names — including WorkSuite, WorkSuite OS, WorkSuite Office, WorkSuite CMS and the ShopBox family.
These are trademarks of Livezen Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, company registration PV 126898. Our registered office is at 4th Floor, 388/7/D New Kandy Road, Kaduwela 10640, Sri Lanka.
Official files are supplied by us on request in SVG and PNG, in a primary colour version for light backgrounds and a white version for dark backgrounds. Please use the files we supply rather than copying an image from the website or recreating the mark yourself.
2. Who may use our marks
You may use our name and logo without asking us first in these situations:
To state a true fact about a relationship that exists — for example, that you are a Livezen customer, partner or authorised reseller, if you are.
To refer to us or our products in writing, in news coverage, in a review, or in a comparison, provided the reference is accurate.
To link to our website.
In every other case — including putting our logo on a product, a package, a shopfront, merchandise, an event backdrop or an advertisement — please ask us first. Permission is usually straightforward and we answer quickly.
3. Using the logo correctly
Use the official files, unaltered. Choose the primary version on light backgrounds and the white version on dark ones, so the mark stays legible.
Leave clear space around the logo of at least the height of the laptop mark on every side, and keep nothing else inside that space.
Do not display the logo smaller than 24 pixels tall on screen, or 8 mm tall in print, because the wordmark stops being readable below that.
Where our name appears in running text, write it as "Livezen Technologies" on first mention. Our full legal name is Livezen Technologies (Pvt) Ltd.
4. What you must not do
Please do not change the logo's colours, proportions, typeface or spacing, or add effects, outlines or shadows to it.
Please do not rotate, stretch, crop or redraw the mark, or separate the laptop mark from the wordmark except where we have supplied the standalone mark for that purpose.
Please do not place the logo on a background that leaves it hard to read, or on an image without sufficient contrast.
Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor, certify or are affiliated with your product, service or organisation when we are not.
Please do not incorporate our name or marks into your own company name, product name, logo, domain name, social media handle or app listing.
Please do not register a domain, trading name or trademark that contains "Livezen" or that is confusingly similar to it.
5. Partners, resellers and badges
Authorised partners and resellers may describe that relationship accurately — for example, "Authorised Livezen Reseller" — for as long as the agreement between us is in force, and must stop when it ends.
Partner badges, where we issue them, are supplied by us and must be used as supplied. Please do not create your own badge, or alter the wording or tier shown on one.
A partner relationship does not by itself permit use of the Livezen logo on your own products, packaging or premises. Ask us for that separately.
The third-party certification badges shown on our own website — such as Microsoft and Adobe marks — belong to those companies and are shown under their programmes. They are not ours to license to you.
6. Press and media use
Journalists, analysts and bloggers may use the Livezen name and logo to illustrate coverage about us, without asking first, provided the coverage is accurate and the logo is used unaltered.
For a current logo pack, product screenshots or a factual check before publication, email [email protected] and we will help.
Please do not use our marks in a way that implies we supplied, approved or sponsored editorial content when we did not.
7. Third-party trademarks
Other companies' names, logos and product names that appear on our website — including Microsoft, Adobe, Google, WireGuard, Traccar and others — are the property of their respective owners.
We refer to them to describe what we support, supply or integrate with. Those references do not imply that those companies endorse us, except where we hold a stated partner or reseller status with them.
8. Permission requests and reporting misuse
To request permission for a use not covered above, to ask for the current logo pack, or to report a use of our brand that looks misleading, email [email protected] or call +94 77 242 4400. Please include what you want to do, where it will appear and for how long.
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows when it last changed. Permission granted under it may be withdrawn if a use becomes misleading or damaging.
This policy sets out how we ask people to use our brand. It is not legal advice, and nothing in it transfers ownership of our marks or grants any right beyond the uses described.
