The brief
A brand and commerce site for Sri Lanka's original corn-in-a-cup company — telling the farm-to-cup story, mapping 30+ outlets and selling frozen packs online.
What we built
Magic Corn has been serving sweet corn in a cup in Sri Lanka since 2007 and describes itself as the country's original. The site carries the brand story and the retail catalogue side by side.
The story
What sets the company apart is that it controls the whole chain — growing, processing and serving its own corn — so the site leads with that rather than with a product grid. Natural ingredients, no MSG or preservatives, ISO 9001 certification and the rural employment the operation supports all get their own space.
Finding an outlet
An outlet locator covers the 30-plus locations across Sri Lanka where the buttered corn cups — customisable with butter, garlic, cheese and spices — are served fresh.
Shop
For customers who aren't near an outlet, the online shop sells 1kg frozen sweet corn packs directly, and the site also handles enquiries for bulk supply and event catering.
